What do you sell?

We sell phone cases and art prints featuring mountain bike designs. Each product is printed to order — no off-the-shelf generic merch.

What phone models are supported?

We cover a wide range of iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. Use the product page to select your specific model before adding to cart. If you don't see yours, reach out and we'll let you know if it's coming.

Are the phone cases MagSafe compatible?

Yes — our cases are slim-fit and MagSafe compatible where the phone model supports it.

What are the posters printed on?

Our art prints are produced on premium matte paper with high-resolution inks. They're designed to be framed and displayed — sharp detail, accurate colour.

Can I get a custom design?

Not at this stage. All designs are from our current collection. Follow @rushmtb on Instagram for new drop announcements.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Because every product is printed to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production plus your local shipping time. Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Quality

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it — replacement or refund, no questions asked. Include a photo of the issue when you contact us.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Because products are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your phone model and design before placing your order.
